Two limits Draws are counted two ways: how many you publish in a calendar month, and how many run at the same time. Growth publishes three a month and runs two at once.

Drafts Unlimited, on every plan. Nothing counts until you publish it.

Slots Publishing uses one of that month's slots. Deleting the draw afterwards doesn't give it back — unless nobody had entered yet.

Trial 14 days on every plan, Pro included. Cancel inside it and you pay nothing.

Billing Through Shopify, on your existing invoice — no separate payment method. You change or cancel the plan from Shopify.

Billing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on every plan, including Pro. Run a real draw end to end during it. If you cancel before the trial is up you're not charged.

When does billing start?

After the trial ends. Installing is free, and charges appear on your existing Shopify invoice — there's no separate payment method to set up. You can also install and build draft draws without picking a plan at all; nothing is charged or published until you're ready.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes — annual works out to two months free on every tier, about 17%. You can pick either when you choose your plan.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your data stays intact. If you're over the new plan's limit for draws running at once, the newest active draws are ended so you're back within it — entries and winners are preserved either way. Moving down to Lite means product draws stop being available, so finish or end any live draws first.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

From Shopify, not from inside the app — plans are handled by Shopify's own subscription system, so you manage and cancel them the same way you do any other Shopify app subscription.
